Zoom and Teams have become the most popular solutions due to their ease of use and in the case of Teams, its integration with other Office applications. The initial purpose of these programs was for small group presentations with only a few people taking part however, the use cases have grown to sales meetings, training events and much more consequently, managing these more complex situations is not always possible by one person.
